Our partner Czech Games Edition has announced with Lost Ruins of Arnak: The Missing Expedition the second expansion for the 2021 as Kennerspiel des Jahres nominated game The Lost Ruins of Arnak. The game is announced for the third quarter 2023 and we HeidelBAERen will release the expansion in German. Here, you can preorder the game in our shop.
We’re going back to Arnak! The expansion Lost Ruins of Arnak: The Missing Expedition contains two new expedition leaders, two new research paths, and plenty of other game material to expand the game experience. The expansion can be used for the standard game as well as for the solo and 2 person campaign of the base game. In addition, the expansion is fully compatible with the expansion Lost Ruins of Arnak: Expedition Leaders.

Components
Lost Ruins of Arnak: The Missing Expedition contains the following game components
- 2 Leaders (Mechanic & Journalist; incl. player boards, starting decks, and other small components)
- 2 Research tracks
- Campaign mode (solo or 2-player coop variant) with 6 chapters. Each chapter is replayable as a unique standalone challenge.
- Encounter cards (can be used both in the campaign and in the regular playthrough)
- Item & artifact cards (can be used both in the campaign and in the regular playthrough)
- Sites, guardians, assistants

Lost Ruins of Arnak: The Missing Expedition is now available for preorder from us HeidelBÄRen in German. The game is the second expansion of the acclaimed game Lost Ruins of Arnak and again by Elwen and Mín.
The expansion includes numerous new game materials, such as two new expedition leaders, new research bars, new fear, item and artifact cards, as well as location, guardian and helper tokens. In addition, the expansion includes a campaign mode that can be played solo or cooperatively.
