Ito – the cooperative partygame

Ito, our new cooperative party game this year, is now available in German in our online store and from retailers for RRP €17.95. The game for 2-8 players combines simple rules with maximum fun and is from our partner Arclight Games. Ito is by Mitsuru Nakamura and has been the party game classic of recent years in Japan, and we are convinced that it will also be a hit in Germany.

The aim of ito is to get the number cards in the right order together. The numbers on the cards must always be kept secret. When playing the face-down cards, you give a clue that matches the number and the previously selected category. One by one, everyone plays their numbers and places them in a position in the row, including between cards that have already been placed. The cooperative nature of the game also comes into play here, as it is possible to discuss and change the position of the individual cards while they are being placed. To keep track of who owns which card at all times, there are two color cards per person that you place with the cards.

Once everyone is in agreement, the cards played are revealed and everyone finds out how well they harmonize with each other. As soon as a card is placed incorrectly, the round loses together. However, if you manage to coordinate your thoughts, you win and can increase the difficulty. Then, in the next round, one person receives a second card. As long as you win, you can deal out more and more cards until each person has two cards and plays them.

Ito is the cooperative party game hit from Japan and is now available from HeidelBÄRen in German. The card game by Mitsuru Nakamura includes 2 folded sheets (game rules and themes), 1 starting card (0), 100 number cards (1-100) and 16 color cards.
